Making Green Dragon is easy.
THC, the most important active ingredient in marijuana is alcohol soluble. Therefore, you can soak marijuana in alcohol and create a drink that has the effects of both marijuana and alcohol.
Use approximately a half an ounce of medium quality, significantly less of chronic and significantly more for schwag.
These measurments are highly relative, depending on desired strength.
Break up your marijuana and place it in a high proof 750ml bottle of liquor, ideally everclear or pure ethanol grain alcohol, but vodka will also suffice.
Soak the mixture for about one week, and then strain the marijuana out.
Voila! You have green dragon.
