Is it Legal To Buy Seeds In Canada?

Hello. I was wondering if it legal to buy marijuana seeds in Canada. I seen some nice stuff but I don't want to buy it then get caught for it. Thanks to any one who has posted here

The federal government and Health Canada have formally acknowledged that "there is no 'official' source of plants or seeds."
Health Canada is authorizing patients and people to grow marijuana by administering growing licenses.
In other words it is not legal unless you have a permit.
