thoroughly chop mushrooms.
buy empty capsules at any herbal or health store.
and fill the capsules with the the chop mushrooms .
Like I said you have to make them yourself,you will not find them in a store.

making pill is a good idea, it can be handy.. but there are still cons with regards t it.. Just like what other said, carrying that in a travel is a bad idea..
