Crystal Meth Question

I have friend, and yes it is really for a friend....

How long does Crystal Meth stay in the system? Is there any good ideas for passing the saliva swab an the urine testing? I heard for a small amount user only 3-5 days and the larger consumer upto 14 days. Is this true does any one know?
