have a saliva drug screen tommorow!!!!

hi all, i have a drug screen for a new job tommorow, and am a heavy smoker, about 4-5 blunts a day, weigh about 190 and have a high motab., i just found out saturday(yesterday) that the test is tommorow(monday), any tips on how i can make sure i pass? i have Dr. Tichenor's and have used it yestarday and today.....any help plz!?!?!?!?!?
